Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Preorders

Shipping: Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Estimated dispatch dates appear on individual product pages; delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. If an order includes items with different release dates, contact us to discuss shipping arrangements.

Returns: Contact us at voluptepress@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original condition. Please contact us before sending a return. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the item price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please email voluptepress@gmail.com with your order number and a description and photos when possible. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and preorders: To request cancellation before an order ships, email voluptepress@gmail.com as soon as possible. Preorder shipping dates are estimates. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and cancellation options. Made-to-order items may be canceled before production begins; contact us for help after production has started. Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by law.
